Sound Amplifier is a powerful tool that enhances the accessibility of everyday conversations and surrounding sounds for individuals who are hard of hearing. With just an Android phone and a pair of headphones, you can significantly improve your auditory experience.

Sound Amplifier offers a range of features that enable you to filter, augment, and amplify sounds both around you and on your device. It allows you to reduce unwanted noise, enhance speech recognition, and focus on a speaker's voice in noisy environments. Additionally, if you're using a Pixel 3 or above, you can benefit from conversation mode, which further improves your ability to hear conversations in challenging settings.

You can also use Sound Amplifier to listen to conversations, TV, or lectures. For audio sources that are farther away, it is recommended to use Bluetooth headphones; however, please note that there might be a slight delay in sound transmission with Bluetooth headphones.

Personalizing your listening experience is also made easy with Sound Amplifier. You can customize the settings to reduce noise or boost specific frequencies such as low frequency, high frequency, or quiet sounds. These preferences can be adjusted for both ears or separately for each ear.

The app provides convenient ways to turn Sound Amplifier on and off, including using the accessibility button, a gesture, or Quick Settings. You can add Sound Amplifier to your app list for even easier access by enabling the "Show icon in the app list" option in the settings.

Regarding requirements, Sound Amplifier is available for Android devices with version 8.1 and later. To use the app, you need to pair your Android device with headphones. Conversation mode is currently only available on Pixel 3 and above devices.
